摘要
Abstract
Objective:To provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics in emergency department.Methods:A retrospective analysis was used to analyze the prescription of antibiotics in a hospital.Results:Through the strict prescription comment,the hospital antibacterial drugs utilization rate from 54.21% drop to 39.30%;antibiotic prescription rate of irrational from 4.19% decline to 1.66%;emergency antimicrobial drugs with single drug,drug combination accounted for than from 5.74%decline to 3.23%.Conclusion:Through prescription review and implementation of performance evaluation,so that the quality of prescription drugs increased,but there is still a high rate of use of antimicrobial agents,and there is still the use of unreasonable.关键词
