Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of nerve neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with swallowing training in the treatment of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction.Methods:132 patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction were selected.They were divided into the two groups.60 patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,while 72 patients in the observation group were treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation and swallowing training intervention.We compared the SSA and SWAL-QOL scores of the two groups.Results:The SSA scores were(18.64±3.88)in the observation group,lower than (23.14±4.65)scores of the control group.The SWAL-QOL scores were(159.28±4.50),significantly higher than (149.05 ± 4.03)scores of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with swallowing training in the treatment of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction is significant.关键词
