The importance of sustained and effective chest compression in cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the importance of sustained and effective chest compression in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods:54 patients who need cardiopulmonary resuscitation were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The group A was treated with sustained and effective chest compressions,while the group B used conventional cardiopulmonary resuscitation.The effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The early recovery of spontaneous circulation,the initial success rate of recovery,the recovery rate of 24 h of the group A were higher than the group B.The effects of chest compression time of the group A was significantly lower than that in the group B,and the indicators differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous effective chest compression has an important role in the recovery of the heart,and the effect is obvious.关键词
