Clinical curative effect of metformin combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of metformin combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods:56 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group was treated with metformin combined with repaglinide.The control group was treated with glipizide.The levels of glycated hemoglobin,blood glucose levels of postprandial 2 h,fasting plasma glucose levels in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results:There were no significant differences of the levels of glycated hemoglobin,blood glucose levels of postprandial 2 h,fasting plasma glucose levels between groups before treatment (P>0.05).The levels of glycated hemoglobin,blood glucose levels of postprandial 2 h,fasting plasma glucose levels in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes had significant clinical effect.关键词
