摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the outcome of vaginal delivery for re-pregnancies in scarred uterus.Methods:72 cases of women with re-pregnancies in scarred uterus were divided into two groups.The control group adopted cesarean section,and the research group adopted vaginal delivery.The outcomes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The delivery time,blood loss,hospital stays in the research group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).26 cases in the research group had successful vaginal delivery(72.2%) and the cesarean delivery rate in the control group was 100%.Conclusion:The incidence of complications of vaginal delivery in women with re-pregnancies in scarred uterus was lower,and the outcome of pregnancy was better.关键词
