摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the postoperative pregnancy rate and its influencing factors in patients with pelvic endometriosis. Methods:138 patients with pelvic endometriosis combined with infertility were selected.They were given laparoscopic operation treatment.The postoperative pregnancy rate and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results:The postoperative natural pregnancy rate of patients has a certain correlation with the age of patients, preoperative infertility years,infertility type,r-AFS stage, preoperative AMH level,GnRH-a use situation.Conclusion:More attention should be paid to the study of postoperative GnRH-a treatment,and to analyze the effects of different drug use cycles on the pregnancy status of different stage patients.关键词
