布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童哮喘的临床研究
Clinical study of budesonide combined with montelukast in the treatment of asthma in children

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical study effect of budesonide combined with montelukast in the treatment of asthma in children.Methods:100 children with asthma were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group was given oxygen uptake,anti-inflammatory,relieving asthma and other conventional treatment,and the atomized inhalation of budesonide inhalation suspension, 20 minutes each time,2 times one days. On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given oral administration of montelukast before sleep,the treatment doses:the dosage of less than 5 years old was 4 mg/d,the dosage of more than 5 years old was 5 mg/d.The two groups were treated continuously for 7 days.Results:The anhelation,wheezing,coughing,increased heart rate,pulmonary wheeze rale and moist rale and other symptoms and PEF measured values in two groups were compared with significantly different(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 98%;the total effective rate of the control group was 84%;the difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of asthma in children has quick symptoms recovery and good curative effect.关键词
