Abstract
Objective:To investigate the analgesic effect of ropivacaine with different concentrations of sufentanil for labor analgesia.Methods:80 pregnant women were selected,all of them were anesthetized by a combined spinal and epidural anesthesia. They were divided into the group A,the group B and the group C.The concentration of sufentanil in the 3 groups were 0.2 μg/mL, 0.4 μg/mL,0.6 μg/mL.We analyzed the clinical curative effect.Results:The satisfaction degree of the group B and the group C were significantly higher than those in the group A.After the completion of the drug,the onset time of analgesia,the frequency of administration of PCA,dosage of PCA and the level of sensory block of the group B and the group C were significantly better than those of the group A.But the adverse reactions of the group C were more than that of the group A and the group B,and there were statistically significant differences in various data among three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ropivacaine combined with moderate concentration(0.4 μ g/mL sufentanil)has significant anesthetic effect on labor analgesia.It can obviously improve the clinical effect of maternal,which plays a good analgesic effect.关键词
