Clinical curative effect of propranolol and methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of propranolol and methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods:104 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with methimazole.The observation group was treated with propranolol and methimazole.The clinical curative effect and thyroid hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The FT3,TSH,FT4 levels of the two groups after treatment were better than before treatment (P<0.05).The FT3,FT4 levels of the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Methimazole combined with propranolol in the treatment of hyperthyroidism had significant clinical curative effect.关键词
