中西医结合治疗湿疹疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of eczema.Methods:60 patients with eczema were selected.The control group were given western medicine treatment. The observation group were treated by syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group,treated with the self-made prescription.After 1 year of follow-up,the treatment effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 80% lower than 33.00% of the observation group(P<0.05).The two groups were followed up for 1 year,and the recurrence rate of cured cases in the control group was 41.67%,lower than 15.00% of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of eczema is better than western medicine treatment,which can reduce the incidence of recurrence.关键词
