超声检查对儿童膀胱输尿管反流患儿诊断的价值分析
Value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of children with vesicoureteral reflux
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of children with vesicoureteral reflux(VUR). Methods:Children with urinary system infection were selected.They were given ultrasound detection.We analyzed the sensitivity and specificity.Results:The positive indexes were the combination of thickening of the renal pelvic wall,renal pelvic and(or) renal pelvic wall thickening,echo enhancement of renal sinus.The sensitivity of VUR was 64% to 54%,and the specificity was 98% to 100%.Conclusion:The combination of thickening of the renal pelvic wall,renal pelvic and(or) renal pelvic wall thickening,echo enhancement of renal sinus strongly suggested that there may be primary vesicoureteral reflux in children.关键词
