Abstract
Immunohistochemical techniques were commonly applied in pathological diagnosis,which was an important basis for evaluating the clinical treatment and prognosis of tumors.This paper stated the immunohistochemical technique from four aspects, including the principle,the defects of application,the application in clinical pathological diagnosis and the standard analysis of application.关键词
