The value of BI-RADS classification in the differential diagnosis of breast lump
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of BI_RADS classification in the differential diagnosis of breast lump.Methods:100 patients with breast lump were selected.We compared the difference of ultrasonic features between BI-RADS 3~5 lesions, analyzed the relationship between them and the pathological diagnosis.Results:There were 88 patients with BI-RADS 3~5 levels. Postoperative pathology confirmed:BI-RADS grade 3 in 20 patients,BI-RADS grade 4 in 30 patients,BI-RADS grade 5 in 38 patients.There were significant differences in the edge,echo,boundary and blood flow resistance index of different grading lesions(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of the experimental analysis showed that the BI-RADS classification of breast lumps in patients with ultrasound diagnosis is more appropriate.It can provide an effective reference and important clinical basis for the diagnosis and guidance of early malignant tumors.关键词
