手术患者发生切口感染的手术室相关因素分析及护理对策
Analysis of related factors and nursing strategies of patients with incision infection in surgical patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the related factors and nursing strategies of incision infection in surgical patients.Methods:We analyzed the data of 300 patients with surgical operation,and explored the related factors of the infection of incision infection, and to make the nursing countermeasures.Results:Incision infection in 15 cases,of which 3 cases of biliary tract infections(1%), appendicitis infection in 5 cases(1.6% ),gynecological disease infection in 2 cases(0.7% ),department of orthopedics disease infection in 3 cases(1.0%),liver disease infection in 2 cases(0.7%);the operation visitors,operation time,nature of operation,and the type of incision were the main factors.Conclusion:Clinical operation nursing staff should strengthen the observation,pay close attention to the risk of infection is very likely to cause wound infection,and according to its formulation of effective nursing countermeasures.关键词
