The effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with acute coronary syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute coronary syndrome after interventional therapy.Methods:80 patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group used routine nursing intervention,while the observation group used evidence-based nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was observed.Results:The anxiety score,blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100% ,significantly higher than 85% of the control group.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with acute coronary syndrome after interventional therapy is significant,which can effectively improve the patients' blood pressure level,and ease anxiety.关键词
