Comparative study on different nursing measures for prevention of pulmonary infection after tracheotomy in severe traumatic brain injury

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of different nursing measures on the prevention of pulmonary infection after tracheotomy in severe brain trauma.Methods:80 severe brain trauma patients with tracheotomy were divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention,while patients in the control group received routine nursing care.Results:Patients in the study group had better sputum and sputum suction,with 1 case of pulmonary infection,while in the control group the sputum and sputum suction condition was poor,with 7 cases of pulmonary nfection(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing measures can effectively optimize and improve the clinical nursing service for traumatic brain injury patients with tracheotomy,and reduce the rate of pulmonary infection,with good preventive effect.关键词
