Abstract
Objective:To investigate the causes of venous thrombosis in patients with hematological malignancies after PICC catheter,and give the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods:179 patients with hematologic malignancies treated by PICC technology were selected.The data of patients with venous thrombosis during catheter indwelling were analyzed systematically.Results:Venous thrombosis occurred in 8 cases.The incidence of venous thrombosis was obviously decreased after we summed up the lessons learned and took effective preventive measures.Conclusion:The application of PICC in patients with hematological diseases is superior,but once the venous thrombosis occured,it not only affects the patients' treatment,but also brings pain and economic burden to patients.We should pay attention to prevention,strengthen nursing,in order to reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis.关键词
