Risk factors and treatment of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage in patients with traumatic brain injury

Abstract
Objective:To explore the risk factors and treatment of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods:60 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage after traumatic brain injury were selected.The patients with cerebral vasospasm were classified as the study group of 37 patients.The patients without cerebral vasospasm were classified as the control group of 23 cases.We analyzed the risk factors of cerebral vasospasm and summed up the effective treatment methods.Results:In the study group,the risk factors of cerebral vasospasm were hypertension,coma,brain injury type, clinically.We can use early prevention treatment and drug treatment,and the effect was good.Conclusion:When the patients had subarachnoid hemorrhage after traumatic brain injury,we need take early prevention of cerebral vasospasm complications.关键词
