Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of thoracoscope combined with thoracic closed drainage in internal medicine in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods:100 patients with tuberculous pleural effusion were selected.They were random-ly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated by repeated chest puncture for extraction of pleural effusion.The observation group was treated with thoracoscope combined with thoracic closed drainage.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the body temperature recovery time,pleural effusion control time, pleural effusion discharge volume and length of stay were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ef-fect of thoracoscope combined with thoracic closed drainage in internal medicine in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion was significant.关键词
