Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation and open surgery in the treatment of colon cancer. Methods:61 patients with colon cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the open group and laparoscopic group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the laparoscopic group,the length of incision,the average operation time,the amount of bleeding,the incidence of complications and the average length of stay were better than those in the open group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the 2 year survival rate of two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer was significant.关键词
