Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of renal tumor.Methods:52 patients with renal tumor were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by open renal part resection.The observation group was treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the amount of bleeding,blocking time and complications were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of renal tumor was significant.关键词
