后腹腔镜肾切除治疗结石所致重度积水无功能肾的临床体会

Abstract
objective: To explore retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal resection caused by severe water without function method and clinical effect of kidney. Methods: In this study choose in March 2014 - September 2015 our hospital 77 cases of calculi caused by severe water no functional renal patients as the research object, for the treatment of patients with laparoscopic nephrectomy, to analyze the clinical therapeutic effect. Results: 77 patients in this study, 75 patients in the treatment of success, the success rate was 97.4%, the remaining 2 cases of patients with the disease is severe, renal week adhesion phenomenon obviously, in the subsequent treatment conerted to open surgery. About 40-200 min operation time, average operation time(90.8 ± 10.5 )min. Intraoperative blood loss of 20-80 - ml, average blood loss was (50.8±10.9) ml.All of the patients have no bleeding, infection, and visceral injury symptoms, after a week of hospitalization, postoperative illness alleviates significantly. Conclusion: Laparoscopic nephrectomy in the treatment of calculi after caused by severe water without functional advantage significantly in the kidney, the safe and reliable operation, convenient operation, less complications, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
