Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of the surgical treatment of ulnar nerve entrapment syndrome.Methods:45 patients with ulnar nerve entrapment syndrome were selected.All patients were treated with subcutaneous anterior transposition of the ulnar nerve,and then 23 patients were given nerve growth factor treatment.Results:They were followed up for 6~24 months,the little finger numbness relieved after 1~3 d of the operation;some patients recovered skin pain after 1 months of the surgery;24 patients with claw hand deformity began to recover after 3 months of the operation;the excellent rate was 91.5% .Conclusion:Subcutaneous transposition of the ulnar nerve in the treatment of ulnar nerve entrapment syndrome is effective,especially in patients with moderate to severe nerve injury.The mouse nerve growth factor has a certain effect on improving the nerve damage, especially for the patients with the disease can improve the recovery time of patients.关键词
