Clinical observation of cinepazide maleate combined with losartan potassium in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of cinepazide maleate combined with losartan potassium in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:68 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets.The treatment group was treated with cinepazide maleate injection on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results:①After treatment,UAER,renal function and blood pressure of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).②After treatment,in the treatment group,TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly decreased,HDL-C was elevated(P<0.05),while the control group had no significant change(P>0.05).③The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). ④ There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of cinepazide maleate combined with losartan potassium in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy was significant,and the security was high.关键词
