达菲林联合达英35治疗重度子宫内膜异位症术后患者的临床疗效分析
Clinical curative effect analysis of diphereline combined with Diane 35 in the treatment of severe endometriosis postoperative patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of diphereline combined with Diane 35 in the treatment of severe endometriosis postoperative patients.Methods:60 cases of severe endometriosis postoperative patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The control group was given intramuscular injection GnRH-a after operation.The treatment group was given Diane 35 on this basis.The recurrence rates and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The cumulative recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of breakthrough bleeding and body mass increase in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:GnRH-a combined with Diane 35 for severe endometriosis after operation has an obvious curative effect.It can effectively reduce the recurrence rate,and it is more safe and reliable.关键词
