摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of reduced glutathione on liver function damage after neonatal asphyxia.Methods:120 cases of neonatal asphyxia after neonatal asphyxia were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were given reduced glutathione therapy,while in the control group were treated with glucurolactone.Results:After the treatment,the of valley third transaminase,aspartate aminotransferase,gamma glutamyl transfer transferase and alkaline phosphatase in the two groups were significantly decreased than before the treatment,and the levels of ALT and AST values in the treatment group decreased more significantly than in the control group,and the cure rate also higher than in the control group.Conclusion:Reduced glutathione has good effect on liver damage after neonatal asphyxia,with short course of treatment,rapid onset of action and high security.关键词
