摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of kidney reinforcing and fixing method combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:50 children with nephrotic syndrome were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission,with 25 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were received kidney reinforcing and fixing method combined with low molecular weight heparin treatment,while in the control group were given prednisone tablets.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The differences in urinary protein excretion rate,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,24 h urinary protein and the total cholesterol were statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kidney reinforcing and fixing method combined with low molecular weight heparin has exactly treatment effect on children with nephrotic syndrome,and it can improve the metabolic level of the children,to strengthen the protection of the kidney.关键词
