摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application of 64 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis portal hypertension.Methods:40 patients with liver cirrhosis were selected.They were divided into 20 cases of compensated liver cirrhosis(the compensated liver cirrhosis group) and 20 cases of decompensated liver cirrhosis(the decompensated liver cirrhosis group).20 cases of the health examinations were selected at the same as the control group.The portal vein and hepatic right vein diameter of all research objects were measured,and using 64 slice spiral CT portal vein angiography diagnose liver cirrhosis portal hypertension.Results:The hepatic vascular observation indexes of 3 groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:64 slice spiral CT hepatic portal vein angiography in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis portal hypertension has a high application value.关键词
