摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound(CDFI) in acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT) in traumatic orthopedics.Methods:52 patients with suspected acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were selected.The lower extremity deep venous cavity echo,cavity diameter change,blood flow dynamics change,thrombosis range were observed.Results:The cavity diameter of 52 patients with suspected acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis was significantly broadening;the cavity was filled with no echo or low echo;the cavity structure was not clear.Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound has the advantages of simple operation,inexpensive,noninvasive,image clear and intuitive,repeatability and so on.It has an important clinical value in the diagnosis of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,and it can provide a reliable basis for clinical early diagnosis.关键词
