Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the predictive value of the chemotherapy sensitivity of PS2 and P53 in neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Methods:The expression of P53 and PS2 in 135 patients with breast cancer before the chemotherapy were determined by hollow needle aspiration,immunohistochemistry.Results:After 4~6 cycles of intensive neoadjuvant chemotherapy,a complete evaluation of chemotherapy results in 135 cases,the overall response rate was 76.3%,79 cases were positive for P53,P53 negative in 56 cases,the effective rate of chemotherapy was 81.01%,69.64% respectively;65 cases were positive for PS2 and PS2 negative in 70 cases,the effective rate of chemotherapy was 72.31%,80.00% respectively;P53 and PS2 expression and evaluation of curative effect of chemotherapy had no statistical significance.Conclusion:There was no significant correlation between the expression of P53 and PS2 and the sensitivity to neoadjuvant chemotherapy,which could not be used as a new adjuvant chemotherapy effect.关键词
