摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of discharge planning on self-care ability of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction.Methods:60 patients with dysphagia in cerebral infarction were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 30 cases.The control group was given routine nursing care.The experimental group was in the implementation of discharge plan on the basis of routine care.The self-care ability of two groups was compared from hospital,1 month after discharge,3 month after discharge.Results:The differences of self-concept,self-care responsibility after discharge,self-care skills and health knowledge level after 1 month and 3 months discharge between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Discharge planning can improve self-care ability of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction.关键词
