脑外科患者术后气管插管的护理观察探析
Nursing observation of postoperative tracheal intubation in patients in department of cerebral surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing of postoperative tracheal intubation in patients in department of cerebral surgery. Methods:108 patients in department of cerebral surgery were selected.They were given tracheal intubation.They were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.The control group was given routine nursing.The intervention group added special nursing on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the intervention group,patients' satisfaction and sputum scab formation rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with tracheal intubation in department of cerebral surgery,special nursing was conducive to improve patients' satisfaction and reduce the formation rate of sputum scab.关键词
