Effect of acupoint injection combined with cupping treatment on the daily life ability of patients with shoulder pain after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint injection of Danshen and vitamin B1,vitamin B12 combined with cupping treatment on the daily life ability of patients with shoulder pain after stroke.Methods:135 patients with shoulder pain after stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the cupping group,the acupoint injection group and the combined group with 45 cases in each.The groups were given routine internal medicine treatment and rehabilitation training.The cupping group was given cupping treatment.The acupoint injection group was given acupoint injection of Danshen and vitamin B1,vitamin B12.The combined group was given acupoint injection of Danshen and vitamin B1,vitamin B12 combined with cupping treatment.The shoulder pain scores and modified Barthel(MBI) scores of 3 groups were compared before and after treatment.Results: The shoulder pain scores and BMI scores of 3 groups were significantly improved,but the curative effect of the combined group was significantly better than that of the acupoint injection group and the cupping treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint injection combined with cupping treatment can significantly improve the daily life ability of patients with shoulder pain after stroke.关键词
