LAP评估法在全科医生社区培训中的应用探讨
Discussion on the application of LAP evaluation method in the community training of general practitioners

Abstract
Objective:Following the LAP evaluation method,to assess the clinical skills of the whole family planning practice in the community practice,and gradually establish a practical and effective training of general practitioner's post competency. Methods: 60 general practice trainees from a health service center in Beijing were selected.They were divided into two groups.The control group adopted conventional teaching method for training.The observation group were treated with lap teaching evaluation training.The training results of two groups were compared.Results:The average score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in the comprehensive theory and the case analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The LAP evaluation method is an effective evaluation method for the whole practice students.关键词
