Literature Analysis of Pharmacoeconomic Researches about Lipid-lowering Drugs in China in Recent 5 Years
目的：了解我国降脂药药物经济学研究的近况，寻求成本-效果较好的用药方案，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：检索中国知网和万方数据知识服务平台，纳入2011－2015年国内发表的降脂药药物经济学文献并进行分析，探讨我国降脂药药物经济学研究中存在的问题，并提出相关建议。结果：瑞舒伐他汀等药的成本-效果较好，但目前国内发表的降脂药药物经济学研究文献尚存在研究方法不同、药物疗程长短不一、成本计算方法不同、效果指标单一和不良反应缺乏等问题，研究总体质量偏低，导…查看全部>>
