Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze Colla corii asini on improving the situation of total nailfold microcirculation,with a view to provide reference Colla corii asini blood effect syndrome.Methods:Screening abnormal nailfold microcirculation 300 cases,choose 60 cases as experimental group and 10 cases as control group at radom.Experimental group were taken Colla corii asini 60 d,6 g・d-1 ,and they were detected nailfold microcirculation once every 15 d.Results:In the experimental group 60 cases,nailfold microcirculation of 46 cases were improved, total effective rate was 76.67%;in the control group only 10%nailfold microcirculation was improved.Total score significantly decreased after taking Colla corii asini,the number of loops of pipe and length increased,input branches enlargemented,color redder,flow speed were improved, numbers of deformed tube loops were reduced etc, and which showed significant differences ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Colla corii asini can improve the total state of nailfold microcirculation integral significantly,which provide reference for modern research and clinical application.关键词
