Abstract
Objective:To analysis and explore adverse drug reaction( ADR) and influencing factors,in order to guide clinical rational drug use.Methods:Review analysis 243 cases of adverse drug reaction in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013.Results:Anti-infective drugs and traditional Chinese medicine preparation caused the most adverse drug reaction.Skin damage and gastrointestinal lesions were the main adverse drug reaction of clinical manifestation.Conclusion: Irrational use of anti-infective drugs and traditional Chinese medicine preparation is a main reason for adverse drug reaction.Therefore, we must adopt the corresponding measures to ensure the safety and efficacy of clinical medication.关键词
