Abstract
Objective:To study on application of pharmacoeconomic evaluation in the price negotiation system of patent drugs, in or-der to provide a reference for improving China′s price negotiation system of patent drugs.Methods:From system design, technical re-quirements,evaluation principles and other aspects,compare Australia′s pharmacoeconomic evaluation in the price negotiation of patent drugs with British′s to find something available for reference.Results:The 2 countries regard pharmacoeconomic evaluation as the basis for making the decision whether bring the patent drugs into catalog of National Insurance scheduleguarantee the fairness and efficiency of evaluation and negotiation by clear process and scientific technical guidance.Conclusion:We should speed up constructing price negotia-tion of patent drugs and the supporting system,establishing an independent third party evaluation organization and extend the design of the pharmacoeconomic evaluation to the early stage of design of clinical trials.关键词
