姜黄素对A549裸鼠移植瘤影响的网状Meta分析
Network Meta-analysis of the Effects of Curcumin on Human Lung Adenocarcinoma A549 Xenografted Tumor in Nude Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To assess the effect of curcumin on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 xenografted tumor in nude mice.Meth-ods:We searched major Chinese database.The animal studies of curcumin on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 xenografted tumor in nude mice were including,the quality of including studies were assessed by SYRCLE′s risk of bias tool, and the related data were ana-lyzed by STATA13.0 software.Results:7 studies were included, the network Meta-analysis showed that, compared with the no treat-ment, curcumin could reduce the mean volume and weight of the xenografted tumor, and decrease microvessel density,at the same time, curcumin combined with cisplatin could increase the effect.Conclusion:The current evidence showed that curcumin could significantly effects on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 xenografted tumor in nude mice.关键词
