Abstract
Objective:The method to determination of glucose in polysaecharides of ethnodrug Millettia pulchra Kurz var.Laxio ( Dunn) Z.Wei.by HPLC-ELSD was establish.Methods: Using glucose as a standard,chromatography was performed on a wondasil Prevail Carbohydrate ES(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm), the mobile phase was methyl alcoho and water(25∶75),column temperature was 35 ℃, drift tube temperature was 95℃, flow rate was 1.4 mL· min-1.Results:Glucose had a perfect linear correlation, the correlation coefficient was 0.9991,the recovery was 97.6%.Conslusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used as glu-cose in polysaecharides of ethnodrug Millettia pulchra Kurz var.Laxio( r Dunn) Z.Wei.关键词
