黄芪注射液在急性水肿型胰腺炎治疗过程中的疗效观察
Effect of Astragalus Injection on Acute Edematous Pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of astragalus injection in treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis.Methods:107cases of acute edematous pancreatitis were randomly devided into astragalus injection treatment group and control group,2 groups both were given conventional treatment in the department of internal medicine of acute edematous pancre atitis group, the astragalus injection treatment group was given additional astragalus injection(20mL/d ) injection;the pretreatment and 1 week after treatment levels of serum CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand the Balthazar CT score were compared;the prognosis of 2 weeks after treatment in 2 groups was compared.Results:After 1 week,the serum CRP of astragalus injection group decreased significantly compared with the control group ( P<0.05) ,and the symptoms disappeared time was shortened obviously (P<0.05).2 week after treatment,there were more recovery patients and less markedly im-provement patients in astragalus injection treatment group,there was no dead case in 2 groups,above results were obvious statistically ( P<0.05).Conclusion:Astragalus injection has a significant supporting role in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis.关键词
