Abstract
Objective:Tolearnthe characteristics and trends of the application of hemostatics in our hospital.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on data of hemostatics sales amount, DDDs, DDC, order of sales amount/order of DDDs ( A/B) of hospitalized pa-tients application of hemostatics in 2014.Results:The sales amount of hemocoagulase ranks highest.The top three are etamsylate, hemo-coagulase, vitamin K1 in DDDs sequence.Tranexamic acid ranks the order of DDDs of anti-plasmin.Etamsylate has a high value of A/B but a low DDC.Conclusion:Inpatients of our hospital are mainly treated with hemostatics medicine with effect of procoagulant such as hemocoagulase in particular.It should strengthen the clinical rational use of hemostatics in the perioperative period of surgery.关键词
