Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and toxicities of nedaplatin and cisplatin concurrent chem-oradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods:82 patients with advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into the 2 groups,concurrent chem-oradiotherapy with nedaplatin group( the treatment group) and concurrent chem-oradiotherapy with cisplatin group( the control group) , 41 cases in each group.Results:There was no statistial difference in the response rate and the survival rate between the 2 groups( P>0.05).The incidences of gastrointestinal reaction and renal dysfunction in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group( P<0.05 ) ,while the incidence of thrombopenia in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The similar anti-tumor efficacy was observed between nedaplatin and cisplatin in the concurrent chemoradiotherapy of advanced cervical Carcinoma, while the nedaplatin has the lower and more acceptable side-effects.关键词
