奈达铂和顺铂同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效观察OA
Observasion of the Clinial Efficacy between Nedaplatin and Cisplatin Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Cervical Carcinoma
目的：探讨奈达铂和顺铂联合放疗治疗晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法：82例晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为2组，奈达铂同步放化疗组（治疗组）和顺铂同步放化疗组（对照组），每组41例。结果：治疗组与对照组有效率、生存率比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但治疗组胃肠道反应、肾功能损害发生率低于对照组，而治疗组的血小板减少发生率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：治疗组和对照组有相似的疗效，不良反应可以耐受。
