Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of zoledronic acid used in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods:In this paper, according to the Chinese society of gerontology osteoporosis committee elderly osteoporosis diagnosis standard of diagnostic criteria.120 cases of senile osteoporosis were selected and divided into observation group (60cases)which using zoledronic acid(100 mL, 5 mg injection intravenous drip once),Caltrate D (600 mg, 2 times· d-1),calcitriol(0.25 μg,qd) and control group (60 cases)which using Caltrate D (600 mg,bid),calcitriol(0.25 μg,qd),the bone mineral density,VAS score and untoward effect were compared be-tween two groups at prior treatment,half a year after treatment and one year after treatment.Adverse reaction were noted in both groups af-ter treatment.Results:The bone mineral density and VAS score in observation group were significantly better than control group ( P<0.05) half a year, one year after treatment.The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(95%vs.60%,P<0.05 ).The adverse reactions rate after the incidence is 23.3% and there was no severe adverse reaction.Conclusion:Zoledronic acid has reliable curative effect and good safety in the treatment of senile osteoporosis, which can beused as reference of clini-cal medication.关键词
