奥沙利铂致过敏性休克29例文献分析

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the characteristics of anaphylactic shock induced by oxaliplatin and to provide a reference for safety drug use.Methods:Through searching CNKI and Wanfang, the cases of anaphylactic shock induced by oxaliplatin were retrieved and the data was screened and analyzed.Results: About 29 cases of anaphylactic shock induced by oxaliplatin were selected in 26 litera-tures,the main is more treatment patients.The adverse reactions all occurred in 1~40 min, and 58.6% occur within 5 min, no death case.Conclusion:Anaphylactic shock caused by oxaliplatin into as fast hairstyle, clinical monitoring patients should focus on strengthe-ning more courses.关键词
