Abstract
Objective:To investigate the varietiesand antibacterial resistance in ICUstrains in 2015.Methods: Weanalyzed five hundred and thirty-nine strains.Results:Five hundred and thirty-nine strainsincluded gram-negative bacteria (71.8%),gram-posi-tive bacteria ( 22.6%) .The most common gram-negative bacteria wasAcinetobacterbaumannii.The rate of pan-resistant A.baumannii was 50.5% and the resistance rate of A.Baumannii strains to imipenem was 98.1%.The rates of P.Aeruginosa strains to drugs ranged from 11.9%to 35.6%.The most common gram-positive bacteria was Staphylococcus aureus.The prevalence of methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus ( MRSA) was 89.6%.we found no staphylococcal strains which resistant to vancomy-cinor linezolid.The resistance rates of E.faecium strains to most tested drugs were much higher than those of E.faecalis.Conclusion:The issue of ICU multi-drug resistance was serious.The hospitalshould strengthen the detection of patho-genicbacteria and drug resistance.关键词
