CT仿真内镜联合多平面重建技术在肠梗阻不同中医症候分型中的应用价值
The application value of CT virtual endoscopy with multi-planar reconstruction in intestinal ;obstruction of different TCM syndrome type
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of CT virtual endoscopy with multi-planar reconstruction technique in intestinal obstruction of patients with different TCM syndromes. Methods:300 patients who were pathologically confirmed with intestinal obstruction from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were taken as the research objects. Before operation, all the patients were underwent multi-slice spiral CT, multi-planar reconstruction imaging and CT virtual endoscopy in order to observe their distribution of TCM syndrome type, explore the application value of spiral CT in the etiological diagnosis of intestinal obstruction, and compare CT imaging features in patients with different symptoms of intestinal obstruction. Results:In the 300 cases of intestinal obstruction, 99 cases were stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis type, 72 cases were Rigene junction, 64 cases were deficiency of Qi and blood, 65 cases were internal organs disorders type, 51 cases were surgery and pathology confirmed disease because of intestinal tumor, 127 cases were intestinal adhesion, 68 cases were volvulus, 35 cases were intussusception, and 19 cases were paralytic ileus. The results from surgery or endoscopy and pathology showed that the consistency was high by CT virtual endoscopy combined with multi planar reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by different etiologies. There were significant differences in the results of different TCM syndrome of intestinal obstruction in patients with spiral CT images. Conclusion:CT virtual endoscope combined with multi planar reconstruction technique can diagnose accurately etiological intestinal obstruction, and it can also provide guidance for TCM syndrome classification of intestinal obstruction according to the imaging characteristics. It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
