Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of multimedia biofeedback therapy on sleep disorders of personnel with long-term implication in nuclear development. Methods:31 cases of sleep disorders were received biofeedback treatment. The curative effect was assessed by the with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the Symptom Check List (SCL-90) before and after treatment, to compare the assessment indicators of PSQI and SCL-90. Results:The scores of PSQI and SCL-90 decreased significantly, and the PSQI scores after treatment decreased more significantly (t=12.23, P<0.01). The scores also decreased in the additional item reflecting the sleep and the two factors of anxiety and depression affecting the sleep in SCL-90. Conclusion:Multimedia biofeedback therapy apparatus can effectively improve the quality of sleep for personnel with long-term implication in nuclear development, and it is safe for the personnel.关键词
