Research progress of mechanism about the secondary coagulation dysfunction following the traumatic brain injury

Abstract
Coagulant abnormality can occur secondary to traumatic brain injury (TBI). The mechanism includes platelet dysfunction,abnormal activation of UPA/TPA, brain-derived microparticulars (BDMP), activation of protein C system, release of tissue factors (TF), change of blood coagulation factor Ⅶ activity, etc. In this review, recently researches were briefly reviewed to illuminate the possible mechanisms of this secondary coagulant abnormality in the different phases of TBI.关键词
