Abstract
Hospital information construction is a systematic project involving many sectors and specialties,it is thus quite necessary to implement project management in hospitalinformation construction. The problems in hospital in-formation construction were analyzed,the key points and common problems in its project management were presented, and the importance of scientific project management methods used in hospital information construction was pointed out.关键词
